However, in the event that you are not satisfied with our products and service, you are free to contact our customer service support and be guided through our return policy. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Our Return Policy is only applicable for unopened purchased products, with all tags intact. You are allowed to return the purchased item within 30 days upon purchase. No refunds or exchange is offered for purchases after 30 days. All products for return or exchange must be approved by Swing Pro Plus customer service support. Proof of purchase and receipt will be required. No receipt or proof of purchase will not be acknowledged. Please note that buyers will have to bear all costs of returns to our merchants in collaboration, with a proper tracking number for the parcel. We shall not be responsible on any parcel missing en-route to us if there is no tracking available for the parcel. Only regular priced items are eligible for refund or replacement. Items on sale are not applicable for refund policy. Non-returnable/non-refundable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect items purchased, items in good condition, items delivered incorrectly, or items damaged through customer mishandling. Charges on cancellation Cancellation made within the first 8 hours after purchase will have 10% charges fee for Handling and Processing fees. Cancellation made after the first 8 hours to 24 hours of purchase, 15% charges fee will be applied due to processing and QC work done. Cancellation made within 24 hours to 48 hours of purchase, 20% charges fee will be applied due to processing and logistics fees. Cancellation made within 48 to 72 hours of purchase, 40% charges fee will be applied due to processing, logistics and round trip transportation fees. Cancellation made after 72 hours, cancellation will be invalid as stocks are already sent out for international delivery. How long will it take to get my money back. After your return is received and inspected a refund will be issue back to the original payment method with in 5 business days.
